Osamah Alfakih (@osamahfakih) is Director of Media, Communications, and Advocacy at Mwatana for Human Rights, an independent Yemeni organization that advocates for human rights through documenting human rights violations, providing legal support to victims, and lobbying, as well as raising awareness and building capacity in human rights. He previously led Mwatana’s research. Since 2008, he has worked with different local and international organizations, including Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International. He is based in Yemen.
