Alexandra Saieh

Alexandra Saieh (@alex_saieh) is an Advocacy Advisor for the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), where she was most recently based in Iraq leading the organization’s advocacy, policy and communications work, focused on civil documentation, humanitarian access, and durable solutions. As part of her with NRC, she has written several publications about humanitarian issues facing displaced Iraqis in the post-ISIS period, and advocated with national authorities and donor governments for more inclusive policy solutions towards IDPs and refugees. Prior to NRC, she worked with Oxfam advocating and writing on displacement issues in Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria.
