Today the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB) is holding a public hearing on recommended changes to surveillance programs authorized under the USA PATRIOT Act and FISA.  The hearing will be streamed live by C-SPAN.org.  Additionally, the morning panel (9:15-11:45 am) will be live on C-SPAN2 and the afternoon panel (1:15-4:30 pm) will be live on C-SPAN.   A full agenda for the PCLOB hearing can be found here. Among the witnesses is Just Security’s Steve Vladeck.
